    •    New Clients: Must arrive 10 minutes early for consultation and consent forms.

✅ 2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

    •    24–48 Hour Notice: Clients must cancel or reschedule at least 24–48 hours in advance.

    •    Late Cancellations: Will result in forfeiting the deposit or a fee (e.g., 50% of service).

    •    No-Shows: Will be charged 100% of the service fee and may be restricted from future bookings.

✅ 3. Late Arrival Policy

    •    Grace Period: 10-minute grace period. After that, your appointment may be shortened or canceled.

    •    Time Deducted: If you’re late, your service may be modified to fit the remaining time.

✅ 4. Refill Policy

    •    Time Frame: Refills are only accepted if you have 40% or more of lashes remaining.

    •    Beyond 3 Weeks: Anything after 3 weeks is considered a full set.

    •    Foreign Fills: Must be approved via consultation or photos before booking.

✅ 5. Aftercare & Guarantee

    •    Aftercare Compliance: Clients must follow aftercare instructions for lash retention.

    •    72-Hour Fix Guarantee: If lashes fall excessively within 72 hours, a free touch-up may be provided.

✅ 6. Refund Policy

    •    No Refunds: Due to the nature of the service, refunds are not offered.

    •    Service Satisfaction: Clients are encouraged to communicate any concerns before leaving the appointment

✅ 7. Health & Safety Policy

    •    Illness: Clients must reschedule if sick. Lash artists reserve the right to refuse service.

    •    Eye Conditions: Notify the artist of any allergies, infections, or sensitivities beforehand.

    •    Clean Lashes Required: Arrive with clean, makeup-free eyes/lashes or a fee may apply.

✅ 8. Age & Consent Policy

    •    Minimum Age: 16+ with parental consent, 18+ without.

    •    Consent Forms: Must be signed by all new clients.

✅ 9. Cell Phone & Guest Policy

    •    No Extra Guests: To maintain focus and a relaxing environment, guests are not allowed.

    •    Phones Silent: Please keep phones on silent and avoid calls during service.

✅ 10. Loyalty or Membership Policy (Optional)

    •    Lash Passes or Memberships: Must follow terms such as usage limits, reschedule terms, and cancellation.
